Skyline Roofing did an outstanding job replacing my damaged rolled roof with a new rubber roof. From start to finish, their communication was clear and consistent, and I always knew what was happening and when. During the project they found rotted boards and replaced them properly, which gave me a lot of confidence that the job was being done the right way—not just covered up. They also documented everything with photos, showing the damage during inspection and the repairs as they went, which I really appreciated.

I am very impressed and the quality of work they have done. I would definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

It took quite awhile for our condo association to decide to move ahead with a foundation crack repair project, and he was very patient while keeping in touch reliably. The quality of the work is apparent and Luis shared photos along the way so I knew how the roofing work was progressing. The gutter work is excellent and Luis was able to help me solve drainage issues that my property has had for many years through additional minor work that he suggested during our walkthrough and that he and his crew executed perfectly. They also did an excellent job cleaning up, there are no nails in my driveway or pieces of old shingle in my lawn - a big contrast from other roofing projects I've observed.
